Our Vanilla Madagascar is unique as we use only fresh vanilla beans. We mix the vanilla seeds into the gelato and we also infuse the pods in the milk while we make the gelato to get as much out of this rich, fragrant flavour from the whole vanilla bean. Madagascar is the island where most vanilla plants originated. We buy our vanilla direct from plantations to ensure it is natural and fresh.
